FriendlyWorkflow provides instant download digital products, including CVs, resumes, and cover letters, intended for personal use only. As these are digital items, no physical products are shipped. Due to the nature of instant downloads, FriendlyWorkflow does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. However, customers encountering any issues with their order are encouraged to contact the FriendlyWorkflow directly through contact us form.

Refund requests for digital orders are subject to the FriendlyWorkflow’s discretion, and customers can initiate such requests by reaching out to the seller via contact us form. Additionally, customers can access their digital purchases through their FriendlyWorkflow account’s Purchases and reviews section, where they can download the files associated with their orders. For made-to-order digital items, delivery timelines vary depending on the seller, and customers are advised to coordinate with the seller via FriendlyWorkflow Messages to determine completion times.

How to download a digital item from FriendlyWorkflow:

Purchase Confirmation: Once you buy a digital item like a CV or resume, cover letter etc. from FriendlyWorkflow, you’ll receive an email confirming your purchase.

Accessing Your Purchase: To get your digital files, sign in to your FriendlyWorkflow account and go to “Your account” and then “Purchases and reviews.”

Types of Digital Purchases: There are two types of digital purchases: instant downloads and made-to-order downloads. Instant downloads are available right after you pay. Made-to-order downloads are customized by the seller and sent to you once they’re ready.

Downloading Your Files: Find your order in the “Purchases and reviews” section and select “Download Files” to get your digital items. You can also find the download link on the item’s listing page.

Troubleshooting: If you can’t find your download email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also access your purchases directly from your FriendlyWorkflow account.

Delivery Time for Made-to-Order Items: If you’ve ordered a custom digital item, the delivery time depends on the FriendlyWorkflow. You can check the status of your order in the “Purchases and reviews” section.

Issues with Downloads: If you’re having trouble downloading your files, make sure your web browser is working properly. If the file seems corrupted, delete it and try downloading again. You can also contact the FriendlyWorkflow for help.
